GOLDEN ROSE PETAL SKIRT TUTU SIZE 4-6

The Rose Petal Skirt was fashioned after the Rose Petal Cape. The skirt has encapsulated inside each layer of the skirt. The flat front waist band has elastic for extra flexibility. The layers of tulle cascade, each a different shade of pink which create an ombre effect.
